You can make a payment online or in our office with a Personal Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order; we DO NOT accept cash.
If you paid your Application fee online, you created your PayLease Username and Password; you made a ONE TIME payment. Once registered and logged into your account, you can opt to make a one time payment or set-up AutoPay. A one time payment can be submitted from the Home Dashboard or through the 'Make a Payment' tab. Follow the prompts until you get to the section 'Review & Submit' and click Submit. Once a payment has been successfully submitted, the transaction number will be immediately displayed on the 'Payment History' tab.
While you can log in each month to pay your rent, we'd prefer you set up a monthly Auto-payment. AutoPay takes THREE (3) days to process, so choose your auto draft date carefully to avoid late fees. To do this, log into your account and follow these steps (be sure to check the box for payment reminders!):
Congrats! You have completed the setup of your AutoPay account. You should now see an AutoPay with an 'Active' status.
In order to edit an existing AutoPay, login to your PayLease account and click on the 'Recurring Payment' or 'AutoPay' tab, select Edit. There you are able to edit the AMOUNT, Payment Type and/or change the payment processing type (i.e., bank draft- FREE, Credit Card- additional charges).
*PLEASE NOTE- if you need to change the DATE of your AutoPayment, you will need to CANCEL the current AutoPay and set up a new one.*
To cancel your AutoPay, login to your account and go to the 'AutoPay' or 'Recurring Payment' tab. Simply click on Cancel and confirm your request. The AutoPay status will read as "Cancelled" if completed correctly. The AutoPay cancellation is effective immediately.
PLEASE NOTE- Cancelling the AutoPay does NOT cancel any payments currently processing.
